2. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MediaFlow shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

- Costs of procurement of substitute goods or services
- Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of services
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you for services during the six months preceding the claim, or €500, whichever is less.

You acknowledge that marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competitive landscape, timing, and your own business execution. We expressly disclaim liability for any consequential damages arising from market changes, platform algorithm updates, or shifts in consumer behavior.
4. Force Majeure Provisions
MediaFlow shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, communication failures, power outages, or pandemic events.
Legal Framework and Dispute Resolution
1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, for resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these terms.
2. Dispute Resolution Procedures
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these terms or our services:
- The parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations
- If negotiations fail within 30 days, either party may request mediation
- Mediation shall be conducted by a neutral mediator agreed upon by both parties
- If mediation does not resolve the dispute within 60 days, either party may pursue formal legal action
3. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
